Find answers to all your questions about the 2026 Passport to Careers State Conference.
Tickets for the 2025 Passport to Careers Conference can be purchased online with a credit card or you can pay by check.
On the payment page of your online registration, enter code “PTCpaybycheck” in the Discount Code section. Make your check out to “College Success Foundation” with “Passport Conference” in the For line.

We are not offering group discounts.
We recognize there might be financial barriers for individuals to participate in the Passport Conference. We are pleased to offer limited scholarships to help offset costs on a first-come first-served basis. Scholarships can cover an applicant’s registration fees. We also encourage you to check with your organization for any available professional development funds before reaching out to CSF.
To request scholarship assistance, please email us with the following information:
- Your name, organization and role
- Basic information about your financial situation
- Whether you are requesting a scholarship for the conference registration fee or lodging
Scholarship applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and will close on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
Yes! Campus staff can use their student support funds to cover registration and travel fees for the Passport Conference.
In addition to one full day of workshops, your registration fee includes:
- Opportunity to hear from our lived experienced panelists about their stories and feedback
- Dedicated time to network with professionals and experts in your community
- Access to our conference app, Whova, to enhance your conference experience
- Workshop materials post-conference
Early bird registration of $75 will be open on Monday, March 9 until Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:59 pm. General registration of $100 starts April 11 and closes on May 8, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
No, advance registration is required. Registration closes May 11, 2026, at 11:59 pm. If you have any questions, contact us.
Yes! You can register more than one person per purchase.
Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is made by Monday, May 11, 2026. No refund will be available for cancellations made after this date. Unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or illnesses, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be made by check after the conference has concluded. To cancel your registration or request a refund, please email us.

While the conference is mainly geared toward practitioners, students are more than welcome to attend!
No, this year’s conference will be fully virtual.
We are expecting 200-250 attendees at this year’s conference.
You can find the list of most conference attendees on the Whova app.
Yes! We encourage you to connect with other attendees through the Whova app.
Conference materials are accessed through the Whova app.
If you are interested in sharing your organization’s resources with the Passport community, you are welcome to submit information to our newsletter by contacting us.
Whova is our conference app, which allows you to engage with other attendees, plan your conference schedule, and see session descriptions all in one place. You’ll also be able to access session materials and receive conference updates from the WPN. You can download the Whova app from the Apple App store or Google Play store or use it on your desktop/laptop.
After you install the Whova app on your mobile device, you’ll be prompted to sign in and create an account. Use the same email address you used for event registration for a seamless experience; you also have the option to use a social media account to sign in. Upon signing in you should see our Passport to Careers 2025 Conference event page.
