Passport to Careers State Conference
An Annual Gathering to Learn & Connect
The annual Passport to Careers State Conference is an engaging and inspiring opportunity to connect with colleagues across the state dedicated to supporting foster and unaccompanied homeless youth.
Conferences include workshops led by innovators and thought-leaders exploring emerging issues, unique strategies, the latest research and more; networking opportunities to foster relationships; a lived experience panel with speakers sharing their personal stories; and much more. At the Passport to Careers Conference, you’ll acquire skills, knowledge, and resources that will advance your professional development and apply directly to your work.

2026 Passport to Careers Conference
We are excited to start planning for the 2026 Passport Conference! With careful consideration, we have selected “Planting Seeds for Generations” as the conference theme.
At the heart of education and scholarship lies the quiet but powerful act of planting seeds—seeds of knowledge, curiosity, and hope. Each lesson taught, each discovery made, and each question asked carries within it the potential for a young person to grow into something greater than themselves. This theme invites us to reflect on the ways our work in teaching, research, and service nurtures not only the minds before us today, but also the generations yet to come.
Like a seed that takes root and flourishes long after it is sown, the contributions we make as a community of providers and educators ripple outward, shaping lives, advancing understanding, and cultivating a more just and sustainable future. Together at the 2026 Passport Conference, we honor the legacy of those who planted seeds before us while recommitting to our responsibility to plant generously, wisely, and with the vision to continue uplifting generations to come.
