If other programs had an individual who was assisting the designated staff members, the same strides could be made for students who are in the Passport program. Having an individual who can assist with specific academic and life skills [because] the designated staff members are so busy has been amazing. Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Updates Webinar
In response to COVID-19, new federal legislation provides additional funding through the Chafee Program to young people who have experienced foster care.
This webinar provided an opportunity to learn more about the temporary changes to the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) program and how to support students to access these funds. The temporary change increases the maximum ETV award amount from $5,000 to $12,000 through September 30, 2022.
